I would suggest the Super speed combo plan which is 995 and If someone of the family member is a state or a central Government employee they will be getting a 20% discount, compared to other service providers, BSNL is the best of all and very flexible with good customer support , hardly you get a technical error , in case of any error dialling 198 from the landline can register a complaint , usually resolved in few hours on a working day
