BSNL is very expensive than other network...they are providing very low facility compared to others...data charge is very high but the speed is very low..signal strength is very poor voice clarity is like horrible.cant use whatapp video chat cant even see face while chatting .No plan for 4G ....seperate brecharge for rate cutter,talk time and internet....not cost effective....
