We were paying $60 a month for only 10 Mbps.  Even though others in my neighborhood had 25 Mbps, customer service kept telling us that the 10 Mbps was only speed they could offer us. Our family has multiple devices and the internet was always super slow. I could never get my phone to connect to the WiFi and we couldn't even stream any shows or use on demand on our TV. We ended up switching to Xfinity, which offers us reliable service, much faster speeds, as well as better pricing.
