I've been a customer of Cox Communication for a few years now. They're the biggest internet provider in my area but are also pretty good value. Competitors like AT&T are here, too, but they cost just as much, if not more, for slower speeds. Right now I'm paying about $95/month for 300/mbs down and 50/mbs up. For the most part, service has been great. Every now and then we'll get a hiccup where I have to restart my router or I'll get incredibly slow speeds, but that is far and few between, and it usually gets fixed relatively soon. The coverage is top notch in my area, but I'm waiting for them to get Gigabit speeds. Customer service is very friendly the few times I've called. The installer was a cool guy and I haven't had anyone have to come out and do anything sense.
