I pay $60 a month for unlimited data plan with Cricket. They haven't given me any new offers beside their basic plans, which have remained the same since I joined a year or so ago. Their coverage is fantastic in urban areas, but in rural areas and state parks, I have limited, one bar or intermittent, internet service (the phone service works great almost everywhere. I have limited interaction with customer service, but have interacted with them via live chat and they were quick, knowledgeable, and able to resolve my issue related to payment services. They are cheaper and easier to deal with then other providers, however, their service can lack in rural and natural areas where population density is lower. I will continue to use as I appreciate the prepaid flexibility and the service is acceptable, albeit not exceptional.
