Flowers in the neighborhood

These are the flowers which attract my attention while walking around the neighborhood. First of all is the Bougainvillea ,  its comes in different colors but this color is very eye-catching and I can't stop myself but to take a snap. Another one is the Golden Dewdrop or commonly called as golden duranta, white is simple and bland but what amazes me is the fact that a duranta actually bears flowers when way back elementary days, I only see this as a common ornamental plant we display on our school garden. Next is Ixora coccinea, we commonly call this as Santan, eye-catching. This brings back childhood memories where we used to make its flowers a bracelet or a head decoration. And then there's Senna Alata, it's commonly called as Asunting, it's a medicinal plant used as a remedy for  tinea versicolor (Ap-ap). And last but not the least is the Celosia, it's local name is Burlas. It is an official flower we used in Sinulog (a festival in the whole province of Cebu),
