Android phone get freezed all the time. Whenever the app doesn’t work then u r prompted to foreclose the app.If u browse online u will findthis problem is so usual.Even though android is based on Linex, it feels more like a smartphone version of window vista. Always crashing and freezing .

I don’t have that issue with my android.  In fact, this is my third Galaxy, and I love my phone!  I just wish I had the more updated version.  It seems as though the newer Galaxy has more practical options for using the stylus, which I barely use.

Try calling your service and asking for a replacement!  What service do you have?  And do you have insurance?

I think it really depends on the app. Android provides more control of Ram, so you need to make sure that you clear it frequently.

I dont even seen a freezed Android phone, but I have seen some security issues and app issues, but isnt the phone fault, its the user fault. You have to be careful with apps you download

sounds like some bad apps to me, or maybe even a virus. do you have your virus scanner on and checking everything periodically?

hmmm… not sure but this didn’t happen to me.  i think it it is the apps that making it freeze and not the phone itself?  agree with other comments here i don’t have problems using android
