Has anyone tried to use OneDrive / MS Word on their Android phone and had issues with sharing documents? Many are unreadable to my recipients. Does it possibly send with a mobile extension and they are working from a desktop? Or what other issues (or better yet solutions) can you think of that might be affecting their being able to open these? It’s the same from my ellipsis tablet which also has a similar OS.  

I used it all the time, since the documents created by the company I work for has to be formatted like this

Maybe it`s saved in a wrong format, the correct one would be to see a big W for Word, X for Excel and so on

Try to make an experiment with your own documents, to figure out what`s wrong. For example upload a document from your smartphone, then login to a desktop in your account and see whether you can open it or not and viceversa. I presume, the app on your smartphone doesn`t work properly
