When you save your finger to the fingerunlock touch the scanner button down to up second left to right and up to down and third right to left. Why you click like that? This is why in any finger direction will accept and unlock screen.

1.click power button and volume up button at the same time. 

2.put your three finger on the screen and move down to click screenshot.
