When it comes to current sales and how both companies are doing when it comes to recent profits, would you say Android is doing better than Apple?

Firstly Android is not a company by it self it is part of Google or actually made by google.

I hear that the sales of Android phone have gone though the roof and they own 60+% of the Mobile phone market and their leading competition being Appe with their IPhone with roughly about 30% of the market

If you imagine that each day at least a new app is developped on Android and more than five users download it, I presume Android is far more popular than iOS and so generating more profit for its company

in a nutshell, yes has been for a long time, but again Apple is buy one company how many vendors produce android devices.. thousands if you include the smaller chinese ones their is millions of android devices activated daily but half of them are low end junk. A better question would be is sony, samsung, htc bigger than Apple. answer.. nope, let us not forget the ipod ;)
