iPhone 7 do have a lot of applications. Some of these applications are responsible for the battery draining while using the phone or not. If any, which of the applications do this work of battery draining?

Safari, Facebook, Instagram are battery killers, you should close them anytime you don`t need them

Try to check every day at Battery usage the apps that consume a lot of energy and you will have a clear image on the issue

I have found that Snapchat is really bad too. Just my two cents.

I have really turned off most of my Background App Refresh settings too. That has helped quite a bit as well.

There is no need to keep them in background, if you don`t use them. Once it drains your battery and secondly, you might get confused. You search for weather app for example and there are some other apps there opened, it`s not that easily to recognize it, so better keep it clean and open only what you need in that moment

If you already have and the battery is still running down rather quickly I’d recommend resetting the settings on your iPhone.

This will not delete anything from your phone. all of your apps, music and contacts will be safe. You may still wish to backup your settings data to iTunes or iCloud before doing this reset. This link will guide you through backing up if you choose to do so : How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touchCoolConfused
