I like the heave pack for my laptop & 2gb pack for my smartphone. How about FUP (Fair Usage Policy)? I heard they have FUP after 8 GB Limit. Is the speed decreases after reaching the limit?

absolutely.
Normally you will get 512kbps but when you will cross 8GB limit the speed decreases too 128kbps.
overall best as you can browse all over a month.

FUP policy means after a using limit your browsing/downloading speed decreases. As for the heavy pack, it has 8gb of usage limit & it means when you are done using 8gb you’ll start getting speed under 128kbps although heavy pack comes with 512kbps & 1mbps feature.
