It’s like that what we saw. Though per sec system is difficult to understand but great to him who always talk less than minute.
Minutes system is the best I think too.

Minutes system is the best I think too.
It`s not that difficult, but simply you can`t force yourself to speak so little. Depending on providers` list of taxes, there is a possibility to be charge as a whole minute of talking, when you reach 40-45seconds, so what`s the benefit of it?
When it was implemented in my country, about ten years ago, it was a rush of saying fast what you want. Now, people spend hours on the phone

Agreed! Rate per minutes is hundred time better than rate per seconds. & rate per second costs more…
