I have not used such kind of service means calling abroad anumore so I have no clear idea about this. but as far as I know Grameenphone has this service & call rate is not so much.

You didn’t use the service yet cause you may needn’t yet but now you have skype, viber, whatsapp, so why you need to call by operator?Confused

yes this is modern era, not need to call via phone in abroad. I use skype ,tango  Laugh

absolutely grameenphone best for their strong network coverage, I don’t know the accurate rate,may differ for several country.
