Before the liberalization of telecommunication costs in European Union, when I used to spend my holiday in Bulgaria, I had to purchase a prepaid card for a month, to use it during my staying

One of the cheapest offer is designed by MobilTel, offering for 7EURO (15 Bulgarian Lev) national calls inside the same network for 0.17 EURO and 0.30 EURO for other networks

During my last use, there was no internet traffic included, but I guess Bulgarian operators understood the wind of change and focused on this feature

I don’t know If you are still interested, but there are a lot of changes in prepaid services. Now you buy a prepaid SIM with 6lv, 10lv or 15lv, but after that you have to buy an ‘extra’ with some minutes or internet for which you pay with the alreaady purchased 6lv. For example, If you wanna use this SIM to call only one person, you can buy a 2lv. ‘Extra’ with 2000 minutes to one phone number and so on. I hope I helped Smile
