Telcel is the biggest company providing cell phone service in Mexico and other LA countries. Telcel has support in most country, including far away small towns.
However Telcel service is expensive, the most expensive in Mexico, expensive if you compare with the same service in other countries.
4g is exclsuive of big cities.
3g for middle cities.
So the internet speed is not good in almost all Mexico.

Since I am tied to Mexico by marriage, I have been traveling there and back, and comparing the prices of Telcel (which we use) to the prices in Croatia, even though Telcel is most expensive in Mexico, it is pretty cheap, actually. Of course, everything depends on the plan, if you use one.
