Nowadays, it`s quite frustating to use only voice services without a little bit of internet, at least 500MB per month, just to check emails, when you don`t find a Wifi point

In my country, voice plus good internet costs about $5, you don`t feel bad about paying it, since you have a complete menu

Recently I bought Jio sim. It worked find until a month, I was beginning to experience frequent call drop and unable to make calls to other network . May because there are inadequate interconnection points its subscribers were unable to make calls to other networks

Does it happen in the city or in an area with little connection? In the city, it`s a big trouble if it happens, since the urban infrastructure is always easier to improve and maintain to a decent quality standard

If it`s a prepaid service, you can give up in one step to it: consume your credit and find another provider. If it`s a postpaid service, you have to demonstrate to the provider that some of its services aren`t satisfactory
