I am using NCELL .it is the great service of the world .I love it .my name is john dartive from New maxico and I’hve been using this ncell cell phone service . its rate is very high around 1$ per min. Beside that it also provides other services like roaming, Gprs service. About Gprs service its very very expensice in compared to other cell phone providers, So i dont really use that Gprs. This sevice provider always provide different facility which sometimes comes really handy and sometimes of  no use at all.
