I am using tata Docomo sun from past 10 years without any issues. Last month they defrauded me and charged me 295 rupees for 29 mb data which was never used from main balance. Last month I needed to order grocery from an app. I generally don’t use that phone so recharged it with 25 data pack and ordered and after seconds a message popped up 295 rs deducted from balance. And pack was never did defrauded and after calling them their reply was your pack got exhausted. So can anyone tell me how can solve matter as i just ordered in minutes. No way 25+29 data can be consumed. Please help.
