I have been a loyal AT&T customer since 1997. Recently, they have been so horrible with customer service that I got fed up and left. I told them I was leaving and they didn’t even care, after 16 years of being a customer!!! Now I have verizon. They are slightly better, but I’ve only been with them 2 months, so we’ll see how things go. Anybody else have these issues with AT&T?

In my ‘household’, we have an AT&T cell service and over the years we have rarely had to contact customer service at all. For the first month or so, there were many issues, but they did resolve them quickly. Since then, the service has been nearly flawless. But I can say the same about the Verizon landline service too. Keep us posted on how Verizon holds up to your expectations!
