I believe EE is now what was previously known an Orange. If I remember correctly, EE bought them out. My experience with Orange was extremely poor, I had my first contract with them which was an absolute farce. The service wasn’t great as I couldn’t get a signal in a lot of places I visited, and sometimes the internet just kept going offline as I lost my connection signal.
I took out a 48 month contract, although little did they tell me you have to actually keep track of your contract yourself, as unlike Vodafone (my current provider) they don’t contact you when you are due for renewal. I ended up paying 6 months over my contract, and when I rang customer service they were absolutely shocking and had no manners whatsoever. They simply didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go with EE, for any type of service.
They may have changed things around, since the takeover, but given the events of my contract, I wouldn’t want to to deal with them again.
Anyone with similar experiences?

Vodafone at times can be a little slow with their Internet loading speeds, I mean sometimes it takes quite a while to load some webpages, which is not ideal, but it can’t be perfect every time I suppose. Orange here in England was worse, not just in loading speeds of Internet access but also at retrieving a signal to make phone calls and sending texts seem to have a delay. I also read quite a bit online that people were having problems sending text messages straight away, as there seems to be a bit of a delay with their service all over the UK.
Vodafone does have much better customer service though, so I can forgive their internet loading times every so often, I just hope it continues to improve to be able to load pages fast 100% of the time I spend browsing, it would make it perfect.
I think perhaps the Romanian service is better than the service we get over here from companies like Orange

Sad to hear it Honestly, I couldn`t figure out that Orange wasn`t as good as it`s in my own country, since I stayed in UK for short period of times, such as a week and besides I wasn`t texting, calling or browsing all the time.
I can`t tell Vodafone has a better customer service, I`m not very happy in calling it, whenever I face a trouble, I prefer to fix it by my own. Probably, you are right
