Am I the only one here using more than one cell phone service provider? Now I have 2 SIM cards from Maroc Telecom and Inwi, they usually have exclusive promotions so it’s better to join more than one company to benefit from all their services.

PS: I live in Morocco.

No, you have companySmile

Currently, I`m using Vodafone and Orange, following similar criteria like you. There was a time when I had three SIM cards, the last one being Cosmote, provided by the company I used to work, so it was a must-have to use it for job

The game goes on forever. For years, in my country Vodafone and Orange had closely similar promotions (they were even fined for this), but from their concurrence customers always win: they receive better services

There was a period in my life, when I used the services of three providers: one for office, the other one for family and the last one (Cosmote) for friends unwilling to migrate to Vodafone or OrangeLaugh

hey, actually in the philippines it is common that one can have 3 sim to cater for all his contacts. it is really cheap is you call and/or sms someone using the same network provider. so you use smart number for smart users, globe for globe and some other companies like TM or Sun for the third sim.

so technically one mobile has dual sim then another phone with 1 sim. funny and exaggerated but true. lol.

I have used two providers forever and recently merged tmobile  with Sprint for the ‘Framily’ plan.  However, there are only two of us on it, so we’re not saving any money really.  I sort of regret it.

Well, I have a friend that during a month used four SIM cards, but he didn`t know which one was ringing, although the ring tones were different. I think two SIM cards are more than sufficient, more will confuse youSmile

I also have two SIM cards from Maroc Telecom and Méditel, and I too live in Morocco.
They are both good operators, but they provide different promotions and offers, and sometime the same offer, but in different periods, and like you said it’s good to use more than one operator to profit from they can give.

What benefits can you get from using 2? More promotions or is it just generally better?

For me, not necerssly better, just to benefit from all the promotions and offers that this providers can give.
