VIP-NET is the second largest provider of telecomunication services in Croatia. They are pretty strong on the market, but running behind T-Mobile for miles and miles, by my opinion. Though, their attitude towards the customer seems more fair, I didn’t notice or hear any stories about customers cheated, getting bills to high that they didn’t make, such is the case with T-Mobile. All over, I would go with VIP NET if I was the one paying for my bills :)

 

They also provide internet and fixed telephone services.
