Don’t you just hate the feeling of the elevator music playing in the speaker for what is seems to be hours… Yep, I understand there is a lot of customers calling but… Doesn’t it sometimes seem like nobody cares? Also, customer service workers who don’t have a clue about the technical part of the story but still act so supreme…

Which providers have you used that really REALLY had bad customer service?

In my case, it is the T-COM, which have terrible customer service, with students who don’t have a clue about any of the basic things they should know to do a job that they are doing…

oh yeah, i had and still having fair share of customer service experience with my providers. it actually sucks in post maintenance service. escalation of 24hours resolution normally 1week in reality. geez…

Interesting, I was always wondering do they act the same everywhere. Obviously, that is the case. Only time when they are fast enough is the time when they want money from you.

 

Even though, they were never cheap with equipment, always replacing it when neccessary, so I guess that’s the brightside. But I’m sure that they make it up very fast, and the equipment they procure is not as costly as for us, mortals :)

Ha ha ha, If you do not own a music player then Customer Service is the best place to listen some random music Wink … & If you have balance but no place to spend then call the customer service, they are always there to help you spend your balance Wink
