Having been a Verizon customer for many years, I can tell you that I haven’t always enjoyed going to the store or calling for questions but my favorite feature from the Verizon website is their Live Chat Customer service. I used it again this week and I must say I’m always pleased with the customer service I receive through Live Chat. Though I have had to wait a few minutes in the past to get answered I don’t feel its any different than waiting on the phone but I don’t have to listen to cheesy music while waiting and I like that I can just wait for them to respond to my question and I can have all the details typed into the window before they even get there. I have always been happy with the customer service I receive through live chat. Have you tried it?

I tried it a similar service with Orange in my country. It`s quite comfortable, perfect for somebody like me with two jobs on the run
I don`t know whether Verizon admits it, but if you want to sign for a new postpaid plan, it`s impossible on Chat service, you will have to be flesh and bones in front of a sales representative, although you are a loyal customer of the brand
