From your description, Ziggoo knows to fulfil its promises to its business customers related to improved services with minimal costs. It`s an example to be followed, too bad not all providers in this area understand customers` expectations

Sometimes, business customers have to pay so many taxes, that communication solutions became another financial challenge

I cant disagree with you, we all run personal accounts for mobile and then get them paid for by the company as a business contract fund is just insanely high although a lot of perks and benefits are included it is worth the money but for the sake of making calls cheaking email not worth it

In the end it depends on what your boss can afford. I will give you the example of the company I work.

It`s a small company with 10 employees, most of the time on the run to fulfil different projects, so calling and sending emails are mandatory

In order to reduce costs, my boss decided to choose a shared plan, including 10 different plans for each one of us, rather than signing for individual plans. The big plan included 10 accounts each of them worthy 7EURO per month, including 450 minutes, 150 messages, 10GB of internet traffic and antivirus protection

The cheapest individual option, preserving similar features would have cost 10EURO per month
