Im happy with the call service of BSNL but their customercare service is not that good. Recently i did top up for Rs.100 in my hometown batlagundu(dindigul district, tamilnadu) but i didn’t get it on mobile balance so i tried calling the customer care excecutive but for the past 4 working days i’m not able to get him online… 
whenever i call the customer care number the automated voice tells me that the estimated hold time is 56mins. Finally i lost 100bucks.

– Do they offer cheaper International Call option?
– How’s Network?
– Do I charged extra for Internet?

BSNL is the government company, i used to have a bsnl fixed line phone in my home 15 years before, but now i hope nobody uses bsnl. The call rates have been still the same with 1.50inr per call to mobile.
But still i would recommend bsnl for internet speed which is good. And it is a shock that BSNL will be a acquired by an international company of india, due to many reason.

The Broadband service is available on ADSL technology (on the same copper cable that is used for connecting telephone), on a countrywide basis.
In terms of infrastructure for broadband services NIB has put India at par with most advanced nation.

BSNL has really gone down in the market. It is not the services but the lack of commitment of the employees.
Hope it improves beacause, it still has the best network in Inda

Copper cable, although it`s cheap, isn`t that satisfactory, comparing with optical fiber
Is this provider able to deliver 4G services?
