Do you use your mobile data overseas? As for me, I always avoid using it. I will only connect via wifi and nothing else. Using your mobile data overseas will always, always, result to having high fees/charges when you get back home. I’ve read/seen plenty of news about consumers complaining how much their bill shoot up because of using their data overseas.

i completely agree. using mobile data overseas is not practical. anyone can easily access cheap wifi or even free secured connection when you are out of the country.

If you need mobile data usage oversea, please check with your telcos for the special daily plan that they offer with their overseas partners. Or just grab a prepaid data card from the local oversea shop.

Best Regards

Of course it will charge high fee but you should have to use it. Just image that you fail into dangerous situation where don’t have internet access, what will you do ? ask for wifi passcode ?

Luckily for Europe, things seem to be brightLaugh

It seems that in few years, all member states of EU will practice the same reduced roaming taxes for both voice and internet services, so if I travel to UK it will taxed, similarly as traveling inside the continent
