If you were to travel to Europe, you will have to pay attention to the area you are aiming. For example, calls made and received in countries included in Area 1 (the center of Europe such as France or Germany) might cost you 2EURO per day. Luckily, telecommunications will become cheaper in this part of the world, starting with 2014, as an effort of uniting European country, so the call made in France could have the same cost as the one made in Bulgaria
