If I were to move from Canada to the US, should I stick with Telus as it is available in both Canada and the US or should I change to a service provider specific to the US? Are there any other really good, cheap US service providers?

It depends, what do you define as cheap? What are you looking to pay / currently paying? Are you sure that Telus has a USA company? I tried looking at their wireless coverage map but it’s only referring me to Canadian regions.

T-Mobile would probably be your cheapest ‘big national’ carrier, $40 a month for 500MB, unlimited talk and text, $45 for 2GB for new customers I believe.
