According to those maps, there is a small country in the Eastern Europe (Romania, my country), where internet connection is totally free, which is quite true, with few exceptions related to issues concerning national security
In additional, in Europe people love to use their smart gadgets to browse, chat and download their favorite stuff, which is obvious, taking in account that in my country people between 18-25 years use both smartphone and tablet, enhanced with a complete subscription for internet traffic
