Hi,
I have been thinking of writing a review for My airtel broadband connection in hyderabad
for quite some time now. I have been using Airtel services for around 2 years now. And I have to admit, they are good at what they do.I have a 2mbps connection with 30 GB limit and have now upgraded to an 8 Mbps connection with 60 GB limit.
Following are my observations.
Pros:
1.Promised speed delivered.
2.Excellent Call center support
3.Quick response to any technical issues.
Here I would like to point out that once due to heavey showers and the wire snappedaround 10 PM.I made a call to their customer service and the following day at 8 there was someone fro airtel to fix the issue at my home.
Cons:Nothing much to complain about.Except once the adaptor of my Modem stopped working.Replaced it as it was out of warranty and everythings back to normal.
I am surprised to see all the negative reviews in mouthshut. But touchwood, I havent had any till now.

I was also planning to switch to Airtel ISP but it is not available in my area. I live in Delhi. Some of my friends use it and they are also happy with the overall performance.

i use qubee internet… i use monthly package of 12GB with a speed of 1 mbps…..
monthly cost TK.1250 BDT ($15.625 USD)

in philippines we use smart bradband at home and pldt dsl for work
in singapore we use starhub telecom

In New Zealand we have following ISP:
Spark
Vodafone
Orcon
Slingshot
Snap
Woosh
Flip
Vodafone is biggest and cover major part of country.

What would be the estimated cost for each of them? I presume the harsh competition between so many providers created affordables costs for customers
