i have been using MTNL from 2 years the service is very flawless,it provide the best plan for budget unlimited net plan, i am using 650rs/month combo plan

which gives 512kBPs—daytime
               1mbps—–evening
               2mbps—–after midnight

ps:if you are using internet download manager you will get around 235kbps download speed during night time
