I have been using Tikona broadband service from past 6 months and i found the service quality 7 out of 10 as in the first 1-2 months i was getting some intermediate connection problem and other issues as might be i had recently taken the new connection.

but now after couple of months the service is far better then others as i get good speed and the support is also very good.I get best speed in my area at a very reasonable price.

The best suggestion is to always go for 1 Mbps plan which is just for 699 rs 1 month up to 20 gb and after 20 GB i get 500kbps speed.even after 20Gb i get very good speed.you can also get the modem at a cheaper price from local market.

The best thing is that it gives wireless service so i can carry my internet connection anywhere and the modem catches wireless internet signals from the air through main tower

I live in the south area of Jaipur so the signal quality is best in my locality as there are less users as of now because Tikona is new in Jaipur and recently launched in my area.

Also one connection can be used on 2 computers using the same ID and password.overall its a good and cheap internet service so far for me.
