I recently download  Mobile app for my iPhone.  I didn’t see a way to manage my SmartLimits from this app.  Am I missing something or is there another app needed to manage the SmartLimits – or can I only do that online? "Wink""Kiss""Frown""Frown""Laugh""Laugh""Laugh""Laugh"

Data limit management is not a feature of the iPhone you can tell most applications to download over wifi only however not all support this (the good ones do) if ou require data limit management then either push a feature request to apple OR get an android device as sadly thats your options right now.

I think there is no other apps that can manage the SmartLimits.

iOS does provide a limited idea of what amount of data your using, as well as a decent restriction system so it has a minimal amount of flexibility in that area.

A few tips for the iPhone:

1) Remember to sync to iCloud at least once. Forgetting to do this can lead to a very long call to Apple Tech Support to ‘recover’ your iTunes and app store purchases.

2) If you have a IPhone4S or higher be willing to speak to Siri a lot before he or she, depending on language, understands you. Siri is just iPhone 3 and 4’s  Voice command with more control functions.

3) Be aware Siri knows no more than an internet search engine and complies his or her datafrom web  searches  and searching your phonebook and apps.

4)Get Apple Care if you plan to use your iphone as much as possible as a cellphone and mini media device. The coverage of their plan covers almost everything.

5) If you don’t like apples quirks on a Mac avoid a iPhone or iPad and get a Android phone  or HP tablet instead. I kid you not I regret having an iPhone and iPad mini because they are not as good as the Android phones.

Hope I was helpful.
