A friend turned me on to Marco Polo a few weeks ago. It was fun to start with but since you can’t choose *not* to send a video, it can be dangerous! If you mess up or say something you shouldn’t have, ther’s no way to just delete the video. As soon as you stop recording, it sends!

For me, Marco Polo is like a mixture between Snapchat and FaceTime, I appreciated the idea to get out a little bit of iOS universe and try something good from other services

I like the fact that people without FaceTime can connect, but I`m quite skeptical whether there was the need to hybernate, while the phone is locked for little activity. I noticed that it pulls you out of the app, when your phone isn`t used for a long period of time, such a 1h

I haven’t used SnapChat.

I’ll give that a try. The difficulty is getting the rest of my friends to try the app!

When you can, try Snapchat, it`s more popular than Marco Polo, so you don`t have to ask your friends to use it, probably they are online connected there

The fact is that they are pretty the same, but it`s a matter of taste in choosing one app and not the other one

I think Marco Polo is just an overrated social application. Snap chat has got better features when both are compared. In fact, Snap chat is just the modified version of Marco Polo

I have heard of Snap Chat but have never used it.  Will give it a try!
