Maroc Telecom has received a lot of complaining about the speed of their internet service ADSL on their Facebook page.
The company responded that the problems may be caused by different reasons, like overlapping channels of WiFi with neighbors channels or the use of the same line by several people at the same time, in addition to the technical condition of the computer.
The company also told their clients to send their ADSL number with a detailed summary of the problem to the email cm@iam.ma and the Maroc Telecom team will address the request as soon as possible.
