When Maroc Telcom was still starting everyone rushed to deactivate their voicemail because everytime the recipient fails to answer the phone on time and you’re transferred to the voicemail the operator would charge you for it even if you ended the call a second after you got the voicemail service. But now as they advanced you only get charge of how many seconds you were on the phone, and the using the voicemail too.
