After you get credits from Maroc Telcom, they provide an extra hour and 30 minutes or 20 minutes, depending on how much you paid 20Dh or 30Dh. You still have to activate the service by calling a number when you buy the credits, this is good because some people would want to do that, so they leave the choice.
