For those for use Maroc Telecom as their internet operator you won’t be able to connect to Viber because Maroc Telecom has blocked it lately because this app affected their revenues.
Here’s how to unblock it:
Go to setting.
Click on General.
Then click Enhance Connectivity.
If it is Auto (recommended) change it to Always on.
Then Viber will restart.
After that it should work just fine.
Good luck.

Now, that`s something weird: how could an app for chatting could affect the revenues of a provider? Unless that providers owns a similar app and is afraid of competition
In my country, Orange created Libon, which is a copy of Viber, without its funny stickers. Anyhow, Orange didn`t ban in any way Viber, both apps are available on the market

I totally agree with you! And it’s not fair.
Viber it’s very popular here, and the people found a way to connect to their Viber accounts using this trick.

I wouldn`t say it`s a trick, it`s your personal way of benefitting of what`s yours: freedom to choose. No customer should ever be forced to use an item, because the provider is afraid of competition, mostly in the harsh market of telecommunication, where competition is the key to innovation
