Hello Raisaa!
Nepal Telecom is the best service provider in my home area (Belbari-3, Morang, Eastern Nepal) considering network quality. While Ncell has better network quality than other service provider in the area where I am currently residing (Anamnagar-32, Kathmandu). In case of call rates and internet packs, both Ncell and Nepal Telecom have 4G service although not in all parts of Nepal and call rates are cheaper on Nepal Telecom, comparatively. Internet packs too are more cheap on Nepal Telecom.
