Generally, it`s possible, if there is the same provider in Keny as in USA or a local provider collaborates with one of the American providers, so everything rests in the same network, including your number and your benefits
Do you have a prepaid or postpaid plan? If you can`t find a suitable solution, try to buy a local sim card and keep your older sim for the moment of returning in USA
