It has one of the best customer service. But if there is any issue with their network, then their engineering team always take a long time to recover the system. They end up compensating curtomer with free calls or sms or data. But if you are in sales, the result may be devasting.

Being compensated for the time spent with no or poor signal is something I want to see in my country too. Here, when the network is down, fortunately it happens extremely rare, you will have to wait for hours and your postpaid or prepaid plan remains the same, as if nothing happened

There’s no compensating for the clients in my country too, whether the issues in the network happen rarely or often, it should be there either way.

The only compensation you will get is a free call or sms or data for 24 hours. This has always work well with the customers.
