I agree with Costin. Smartphone use, just like the internet itself, has to build up a following and now that smartphones are so much more affordable, people will begin using them for more. I think that most students and younger people generally don’t spend as much time on traditional social media as they used to. It seems that ‘personal interaction’ is through chat apps and texting more than through the media pages themselves. I know very few people under the age of 30 who actually “publicly” post on their media pages, most of them just chat individually or in groups via apps like snap chat. Sometimes they may post something like “I’m going to be at a certain place this evening – who wants to come along?” But for the most part they’re not publicly social.

I would always use my internet on phone via wifi. UK charges are quite expensive and I would only use mobile data unless I really need to check something important. It’s quite amazing that in the past, all the mobile users just want plenty of free texts and minutes. Now, the consumers prefer to have a good deal when it comes to data too.

Smartphones are much easier…but it depends on why you are using wifi for….if it is for work or a lot of typing the old school wifi is much better….but I guess it depends on where you are.

If you can use free wifi without id pass, I think it will be more convenient for you. Or PM me I will give you instruction to use free internet.

Has anyone here signed up for the iPhone 6 with unlimited data plan from Sprint? I have to admit that’s even tempting for me — and I intentionally avoid Apple products. :)

Smartphone without internet are just a simple phone, most of the apps needs internet.

I would usually look for free Wi-Fi around me if I’m outside.

I`m hunting a similar offer in my country, currently I have 1GB to imply for my Sony Xperia Z2. If I choose iPhone 6, than I need a good benefit to tempt me, like 2GB internet traffic or if possible, unlimited plan Laugh

The mixture of iPhone 6 and 2GB internet traffic is tempting, I was curious which is the lowest cost for a subscription?

I bet up to $30, while the gadget itself will cost about $250

Yup, the higher your subscription, the lower the cost of the gadget. The earners are Apple and your service provider.

Best Regards
