Have you heard about Google Cardboard?

This is one great alternative for those who want to experience virtual reality tools like Oculus Rift at a very cheap price. You can even make it from the cardboard you have in your house (just download the template from the link above). Lots are selling a cardboard kit as well at Ebay and Amazon if you prefer it pre-made (well cut out from templates).

I don`t want to seem ironic, but this Google tool looks like a cheap Google Glass made of cartoon

I also have the feeling, it won`t be that cheap, I presume up to $100

Anyhow, I appreciate the fact that Google supports creativity, it posted some tips to create your own Cardboard, which sounds pretty tempting:)
