I discovered about an hour ago that you can buy high zoom lenses to place on your smartphone’s camera. Different companies and some student organizations are creating and selling these in hopes of giving an affordable microscope for average people, students, clinics in poor regions and so on. I have to say they’re pretty impressive and I never thought of turning my phone into a microscope. I think it’s really cool!

It`s an interesting idea, but I think it will be used by a couple of people interested in science
