Samsung have released their first product at MWC the Gear 2 which is a followup to the Galaxy Gear 2, note the missing Galaxy prefix on the Gear 2 ? Well thats due to the fact this is no longer an android based device, Samsung opted to push Tizen onto the Gear 2 and so far it’s looking a whole lot better with a complete flatter redesign and a less of a requirement on the strap itself. The Gear 2 still supports the same specs however the battery is slightly smaller however Samsung claim that this device will provide 2-3 days life unlike it’s predesssor which would get through the day.. just.
