this is a great app, it uses the info from my Run Keeper and tracks my exercise as well as my foods. and it has every food imaginable in there, plus you can add stuff if you make something funky at home. its a great way to know all of my intake and not just calories but all the other stuff like sodium, selenium, vitamins, etc.

Although I`m not a fitness addicted, I used it while going for a weekly jogging. I am not very interested in the foods` evaluation, but in the concrete effort I make, since I have a sedentary jobSmile

health apps always go way over the top, your phone has a pedometer to count steps so ok we can track how much you walk – make a great walking app .. no what do they do, they make a walking app that tracks every movement (fine) what you eat, how much you weigh, how old you are, how hot the room is .. simplicity goes a long way .. if you dont track everything your not ‘doing it properly’ exercise is a pain in itself shouldnt the software be easier :)

http://www.joolo.net - better than this hole for mobile devices.

You are right from a certain point of view, our lives are over-monitored by apps, but consider that some people can find their motivation to do fitness, unless a friendly app is their companion. It could be somebody close to them, but maybe they are ashamed to admit they are finding with their weight, so a technical voice is preffered
