I found this cool little app today.  I needed to scan my passport and get it to an employer in the states in PDF format.  There are no internet cafes here with scanners, so I just downloaded this app and turned my HTC into a mini scanner.  Pretty cool.

Thanks for sharing the information!

I also own a HTC and I was in the need to scan the pages of a book. Instead of carrying around the mobile scanner, which is like a HDD as size, but I tend to forget it at home, now I can use a very comfortable solution (and it`s impossible to forget at home my smartphone)

Tiny scan is one of the app that are useful in time when you dont have an option to scan or take print your documents and you need to make back up for them. You can scan all of you documents and they would be stored in the PDF format.
