The warranty should be transparently offered by the provider in the moment of the purchase, if it doesn`t, simply don`t accept a gadget without its warranty, it will be a long headache
Generally, providers offer between 12-24 month of warranty for factory tech flaws, meaning you will have to handle it properly, without glass of waters dropped on it or dropped on the floor, these will make you lose the warranty
